The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout. Delivery time: when making a delivery, you yourself specify the date and time.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Because of multiple variables, including the traffic in Los Angeles, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 213 214 00 44 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales concluded at The Scarlet Flower, Corp. are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to email@example.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by The Scarlet Flower, Corp.
