      Orchid delivery in Los Angeles

Orchids have a sculptural shape and hold up well, so they make sense for a gift that should stay on display for a while. Our orchid collection is small: Phalaenopsis orchids in white, pink and mini pink, plus a few mixed arrangements in vases and a basket that include orchids. Order by 4:30 PM for same-day orchid delivery in Los Angeles.

      Orchid arrangements we offer

Persephone pairs orchids with roses, delphiniums and amaryllis in a vase. Flora sets orchids beside anthuriums, roses and bells of Ireland, also in a vase. The Blush Meadow basket mixes orchids with French roses and hydrangeas. For a single-flower gift, choose a Phalaenopsis. White Phalaenopsis looks classic, while Pink and Mini Pink Phalaenopsis are softer and more playful.

      When to send orchids

Orchids suit congratulations, housewarmings and thank-yous, and anyone who wants flowers that stay on display longer than most bouquets do. For a bolder tropical look, see our anthurium bouquets. For something softer and fuller, browse our hydrangea bouquets.

      Orchid care

For orchids in a mixed vase arrangement, recut the stems and change the water every three days. Keep the vase away from heaters and from ripening fruit, which gives off ethylene gas that shortens flower life. A potted Phalaenopsis needs different care: bright, indirect light and a watering about once a week, when the potting mix is nearly dry. Let the extra water drain away, because roots left standing in water rot. Keep it out of cold drafts and direct afternoon sun. Our flower care guide covers cut flowers in more detail.

      Orchid delivery across LA

We bring orchids to addresses across Los Angeles and Orange counties seven days a week, including ZIP codes in West Hollywood, Brentwood and Santa Monica. Pick a date and time at checkout; we plan around your choice, but an exact arrival time isn't guaranteed. The full ZIP code list is in our delivery policy.

      How long do orchids last?

Cut orchid stems in a vase arrangement often last one to two weeks. A healthy potted Phalaenopsis can stay in bloom for two months or more, and with good care it can flower again the following year.
