All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 213 214 00 44 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales concluded at The Scarlet Flower, Corp. are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to info@thescarletflower.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by The Scarlet Flower, Corp.
